We have specialized in designing, implementing and monitoring the gas sources and lines entering in and out of commercial buildings. We have found that this is one of the most significant areas that property management companies forget need to be protected. A single gas leak from a corroding inlet line can destroy and building and can be fatal to anyone inside or surrounding the building.

We are so passionate about this aspect of cathodic protection that we have built our own custom monitoring technology that allows property managers to be linked directly to our field service reps so they can get a real-time view of the current and historical status of their properties. Our system allows us to monitor for trends at each of your properties so that we can identify potential corrosion threats and implement the best cathodic protection strategy to prevent corrosion. Corrosion can not be reversed, but it can be prevented. Even if corrosion has already begun, we can either remedy the affected assets or design a cathodic protection system that will extend its lifetime. For example, if corrosion has already begun but a property management company will not have the budget for a complete replacement of the affected lines for another three years, we can design a custom cathodic protection system that will extend the lifetime of that asset until they have the budget for a permanent remedy.
